Administration Officer - Rostering.
This position is a full time position for a person with excellent computer skills and a background in Home and Community Service or Disability Services work. The position entails maintaining a computerised rostering system for our Personal Care and Attendant Care Clients and maintaining guidance and supervision of the service delivery with contact with Clients and Staff. The position forms part of our Community Care Team. The person we seek will have good time management skills, have a sound understanding of the working environment for our staff and a pleasant and outgoing nature suited to this position. Our Community Nursing Service in Geelong have an exciting opportunity for two Medication Endorsed EN’s to join our friendly and enthusiastic team.
We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to provide a high standard of direct clinical care to our clients, working under the direction and supervision of the Community Nursing Team, in delivering individualised, quality, planned care that meets the needs of clients and their carers in the home environment.
The successful applicants will have:
- Current registration as a Medication Endorsed Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and possession of a current practising certificate;
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence;
- A current National Police Certificate;
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice, previous community experience is preferred but not essential;
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
- Effective team player skills; and
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement and high standards of client care.
